We had a great Thanksgiving this year hanging out as a family, sharing thanks, cooking, watching Asher get big, and eating lots. It was really fun this year to have our family traditions again, and have Asher be an active part of them. We have a blessing jar that we fill throughout the year with blessings that God gives us, and reading through the blessing jar on Thanksgiving is always our favorite. It’s such a great reminder of how God works in the big and small details of our lives, and overwhelms us with love.
Asher was such a big help in the kitchen this year! We made the pie crust from scratch, and I couldn’t have done it without him :).
Love it! You’re training him right!
Rachel Olimb making pie crust…AND…having Asher help you! Never been so proud. Looks like you both really enjoyed making memories on Thanksgiving:)
And Meagan…that pie crust was ROCKIN’ good too!
Rachel, what a wonderful way to make childhood memories…it’s times like these that Asher will remember the most.
Now I know what to have you bring next time you come over!!!
Fun, fun, fun!!! Sounds like a special day! I bet that homemade pie crust was divine!
Those pictures are SO cute! Love seeing the little guy in the apron helping his Mama! Adorable! And wow…homemade pie crusts…you put me to shame with my “store bought roll it out into a pan” crusts. 🙂 So glad you guys had a great day together as a family! We are so thankful for the Olimbs!
Glad you had a great day!See you Soon!
