We had an hour to spare, so we thought we would go and feed the little duckies at Discovery Park. We grabbed some bread and Asher’s bike, and away we went on a new adventure. I had been avoiding this park because of the water, but apparently I have a big boy on my hands who is really starting to listen more, and gain more discernment. Yea! It’s so fun to watch him grow! He loved scootin’ around the entire park on his “bike” and chucking bread at the ducks – He insisted I counted to three each time before he would throw by putting up his little pointer finger and saying “one” with this look like, “come on, you know the rest!”
Oh, and his “bike”…oh this bike. He rides this thing around all. day. long. Our floorboards are totally tore up, but who cares. It’s such a blast watching him fly around the house, up and down the hall, around the pool table, outside and back inside, literally everywhere. The best is when he goes fast and says, “wwwhhheeee eeeeeeeee”.
Rachel seriously, he is too cute. What a fun hour! Great shots. Looks like you really made a fun memory.
And I too love him on his “bike”! I have seen that boy in action.
He’s so smart! It looks like you guys had a blast. And I love his “bike”
Whoa! Asher looks sooooo grown up in that last picture! Your family in ND & Minnesota must see all these beautiful, sunny outdoor pics of their adorable little Asher and want to jump on the next flight to Phoenix! 🙂
Amen, Krista!
I love how he wanted you to count to 3 before throwing the bread. That is a fun story. His bike is great too, you can always fix the boards later!
We wish we could jump on the next flight to Phoenix too!! Such cute pictures…I just kept saying “is he cute or what!!” as I was looking at them. And I agree with Erin…I love the counting to 3 before throwing the bread…too cute.
Asher,Maybe you can take gramma to show her your park!See you in 15 Days,Can’t wait,Hugs&Kisses
