More Christmas
I’m playing catchup a bit here, and still posting about Christmas, but I had to post about some more memories while Grandpa and Grandma Necas were here. We made a trip to the Airplane Museum, and had a nice time walking around looking at airplanes, and walking through an old bomber. All us adults enjoyed looking at the planes and appreciating history, and Asher found a little peddle airplane that he didn’t want to part ways with. Oh, and he got a turn at the camera and snagged a good one of his daddy and grandparents. It’s hilarious listening to him now when he gets the camera – lots of directing and pointing going on, ha!
This makes me laugh!!! Asher got some stick-on mustaches in his Christmas stocking, so we decided we needed another family pic. My dad putting a mustache over a mustache, and Asher’s poker face crack me up!
We also checked out the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Wow, this place is great! I’m not sure if we were there at the perfect time of the year, or if it’s usually that beautiful, but it was absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t realize the AZ desert could grow trees that huge! It’s a beautiful place to walk around and adventure, climb rocks, have a picnic, throw leaves…my parents bought us a yearly membership, so we’ll be back!

That silhouette photo of Asher in the pedal plane is great! It reminds me of the movie Pearl Harbor. How cute that Asher named his puppy Buster. That makes me smile. Hope you are feeling good, Rachel!

Do you ever take Asher to the Chandler Airport? They have a diner called The Hanger Cafe (good breakfasts) where you can watch the planes take off!
Christina, I’ve heard about that place, but we haven’t been there before. Thanks for the reminder, we definitely need to take Asher, he would love it :).
LOVING the mustache picture, really can’t handle it! NEver been to the arboretum-need to check that out!
