Asher and I took a little road trip out to Shamrock Farms for a tour of the dairy. We rode a little tram thing around the grounds to see all the cows, watched some cows being milked, watched a completely cheesy video about their dairy farm, Asher got to pet and feed a baby cow, and we had a little ice cream/chocolate milk date after our tour…oh, and the unforgettable (in Asher’s mind) pile of cow poop. We had a great time on our little date. But, I’m not sure I would make that trip again. I love road trips, but that was a long ways to drive to see and smell some cows. I realized when we pulled up how much I hate the smell of cows from a distance, much less at arms length, ha!
And, we have really bad luck in asking people to take pictures of us…
Oh, come on…the drive was totally worth getting to see the cow poop, right?? Ha! 🙂 Loved the pics and the last one made me laugh…they got a great pic of the background!
Seriously with that pic. Honestly people. Photography 101. Rach cow poop is pretty unforgettable. So that’s ok. I still remember my field trip to a farm when I was in kindergarten, because one of my friends stepped in a cow pie and lost her shoe!!! HA.
Yumm! Looks like fun. Too funny with the last picture.
Well that smell is unforgettable-However it does look like you had a good time! It’s hard to beat your pictures Honey!
His (not so) little belly in that third picture is quite impressive! Way to go Asher and Rachel. And I seriously cracked up at that last picture. That is some really bad luck.
LOL!!! That last picture!!!
